Payment Information Updates

Due to a technical issue, the Office of the Comptroller is unable to load pay advice for pay periods ending 8/9/2025, 8/23/2025, and 9/6/2025 to PayInfo at this time. The payroll runs themselves are unaffected. We are working on the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

ACTIVE EMPLOYEES: Employees seeking their pay advice on PayInfo should contact their department payroll director, or log into HR/CMS Self-Service Time and Attendance. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

RETIREES: Retirees should contact the Massachusetts State Retirement Board at 617-367-7770 or srb@tre.state.ma.us. Payments themselves are running as normal.
